SR. FUNCTIONAL ANALYST (Indianapolis, IN):
Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering that will provide necessary data to write functional specification documents; design Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions using best business practice to fulfill customer needs; design system interfaces to accommodate data flow between customer and its external business partners; system configuration; system enhancements; use testing skills to define and execute tests to determine solutions' ability to meet customer specifications and project specifications; create project plans, scope documents and communicate project status; identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks; utilize SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/PP modules, ABAP, MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project and SQL. SR. APPLICATION DEVELOPERS

SR. BI REPORT DEVELOPERS
Design, development, testing, maintenance and support of ETL, cube and reporting solutions utilizing any of these tools: Microsoft Business Intelligence tools (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS), Crystal Reports, MicroStrategy, Cognos, ETL tools, Informatica, Business Objects, Actuate etc. and SQL, Oracle and DB2 databases.

SR. DATABASE ADMINISTRATORS
Perform database administration and support for other databases as needed. Perform database installation, patch updates and release upgrades. Assist with migrations. Ensure optimal performance and high availability for databases in high volume 24x7 operations to meet or exceed service metrics. Develop database monitoring and reporting tools. Develop and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies. Create procedures and implement periodic testing of the strategies. Set up and maintain effective backup, restore and verification procedures for databases. Develop and implement operational support plans and procedures for database systems. Identify problem trends and implement corrective actions. Develop proactive alerts. Participate in audit processes as required and assure compliance to audit controls. EMBEDDED SYSTEMS ENGINEER
Responsible for the architecture/design/development of the Broadband Home router's software that includes the IPTV technologies such as DLNA, DTCP/IP, MoCA, HPNA, HPAV protocol stacks and applications, as required. Work on the IP related activity that includes IPv6 addition of the existing networking software. Engage in system, functional and performance requirements for Digital TV and Home networking products. Understand the standards and make the software interoperable and compliant to the standards followed. Mentor the team of engineers towards the deliverables.

PROGRAMMER ANALYSTS
Write, update, and maintain computer programs using C++, C, Oracle, Cognos, MS SQL, PL/SQL, APEX, UNIX, Informatica and JavaScript.
